CONTRIBUIÇÃO ASSISTENCIAL – DIREITO DE OPOSIÇÃO –
Conforme deliberações aprovadas em assembleia geral extraordinária realizada em 07/06/2024, os trabalhadores não associados poderão apresentar sua oposição ao desconto da contribuição assistencial no período de 05 (cinco) dias úteis após a transmissão da convenção coletiva de trabalho que foi feita no dia 18/10/2024, ou seja, no período de 21/10/2024 a 25/10/2024.
O trabalhador que não concordar com o desconto deverá:
a) entregar a carta de oposição na sede do SITRAEMFA (Rua Tamandaré, 348 – 4º andar – Liberdade, São Paulo – SP, 01525-000), que funcionará para recebimento nos seguintes horários: das 9:00 às 12:00 horas e das 13:00 às 16:00 horas.
ou
b) apresentar oposição através do link https://sitraemfa.datima.com.br/ disponibilizado no site do SITRAEMFA: WWW.SITRAEMFA.ORG.BR
A CARTA DE OPOSIÇÃO deverá ser individual e assinada de próprio punho, contendo a qualificação do trabalhador e a identificação do empregador.
NÃO SERÃO ACEITAS: “oposições antecipadas – apresentadas antes da divulgação da transmissão do instrumento coletivo de trabalho”; “oposições enviadas fora do prazo”; “oposições padronizadas”; “oposições incentivadas por terceiros”; “oposições entregues diretamente ao empregador”; “oposições enviadas de forma coletiva pelo empregador”.
